My mission is to maximize the potential of people and organizations by facilitating awareness of reality and responsibility towards future goals through a creative, reflective, and intentional process :)
Outside of work, you might find me hiking through the redwoods, playing sand volleyball, eating a pastry in a sunlit coffee shop, or calling my long-distance besties.
2026 - Currently working at NetApp and towards my coaching credential with the International Coaching Federation. Pursuing my deep love of developing others and asking questions 🤝 🌱
2025 - Started my role at NetApp in the S3 Academy in North Carolina. Spent three months learning everything about data storage and selling methodologies with a wonderful international cohort 📈 🤠
2025 - Graduated with a Master of Arts in Education: International Perspectives from Newcastle University. Traveled Europe, made life long friends, and ate sooo many pastries 👩🎓🥐
2024 - Moved to England for graduate school. Played volleyball for the university and in the England National Volleyball League🇬🇧 🏐
2024 - Graduated with a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. Affirmed my love of coaching, learning and development, and organizational diversity 👩🎓📚
2024 - Began interning with EarnIn, diving into my first People role and working in fintech in the Bay Area 👩💻💵
2023 - Completed my NCAA volleyball career, earning 3x All-PacWest Honors and 2x CSC Academic All-District recognition🏅🏐
2023 - Lived in Freeport, Maine, for a summer, interning with L.L.Bean and learning about the outdoor retail world🛶🥾
2023 - Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and was awarded Outstanding Senior for my program 🎓🎉
2023 - Completed a Learning Developer internship with Southwest Airlines. Discovered instructional design, organizational science, and L&D ✈️📗
2022 - Spent a summer in Washington, D.C., interning with Emerson Collective and the Smithsonian Institution. Affirmed my love of museums and online learning spaces 🖼️🎨
2021 - Changed my major from Education to Interdisciplinary Studies, expanding my focus to include Graphic Design and Business 👩🎨💼
2021 - Joined the APU Women’s volleyball team and met my best friends. Learned to be a servant leader and overcome obstacles 🏐💪
2020 - Studied away in Tahoe, CA. Unlocked my love of the outdoors, including mountain biking, rock climbing, and kayaking 🥾🌲
2019 - Started my collegiate career at the University of Idaho playing Division 1 volleyball. Had a strong freshman season, but realized I wanted a different college experience 🥔🏐
2017 - Enrolled in the Freestyle Academy of Communication Arts and Technology. Taught how to use the Adobe Creative Cloud. Wrote a children’s book my final year of the program 🖥️ 🖌️
2014 - Cut from my middle school volleyball team. Big character building moment. Made me realize how much I loved volleyball 🏐 ✨
